How can i be sure my reservation is confirmed?

Once you complete your booking you should see the confirmation screen, then an email will be sent to both hotel and guest at once, in case you do not receive in a few minutes then it is possible a wrong email was submitten or the confirmation email has been sent in your spam/junk folder, please check your spam folder and move it to your inbox for correct filtering.
